Apple Cider Balsamic Pork Chops

What You Need:

4 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon Nivel Alto™ 100% Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and black pepper
1/2 cup apple cider
1/4 cup Nivel Alto ™ balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Heat up a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and garlic and cook until fragrant.

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and black pepper. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3 minutes per side.

In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider, balsamic vinegar, honey, dried rosemary, and dried thyme.

Remove the skillet from the heat and pour the cider balsamic mixture over the pork chops.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F.

Remove the skillet from the oven and transfer the pork chops and glaze to a plate.
