What You Need:
4 salmon filets
1/4 cup Nivel Alto ™ balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Nivel Alto™ 100% Spanish Extra Virgin Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard.
Brush the salmon fillets with the balsamic glaze on both sides.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the salmon fillets.
Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Brush or drizzle the remaining balsamic glaze on top of the grilled salmon.
Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or salad. Enjoy!
