About
Nivel Alto started from the founder’s desire to bring their European heritage home to the US. It all began after a simple dinner while in Spain, where food is prepared with nothing but the highest-quality ingredients.
The seafood, bread, and even the taste of the wine had all been elevated and enhanced by the use of fine Olive Oil and Balsamic.
In the US, we look at certain foods and embellishments as fitting only for the finest dining experiences.
But quality should never be a luxury. Our goal is to bring the best of Europe to homes in the US at a price that all households can afford.
We’ve worked diligently to establish close, personal relationships with the farmers to ensure that we get first-choice ingredients just like the more expensive brands. The difference is that we don’t pass the premium along to you.
