Sherry Chicken Breast

What You Need:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup Nivel Alto™ 100% Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp NIVEL ALTO™ sherry vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sherry vinegar, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the olive oil mixture over them. Turn the chicken to coat well.
  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and transfer it to a serving platter.
  6. Deglaze the baking dish with chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the dish.

7. Drizzle the pan sauce over the chicken and serve.
