What You Need:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup Nivel Alto™ 100% Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp NIVEL ALTO™ sherry vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sherry vinegar, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the olive oil mixture over them. Turn the chicken to coat well.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and transfer it to a serving platter.
- Deglaze the baking dish with chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the dish.
7. Drizzle the pan sauce over the chicken and serve.
