Sherry Mustard Salad Dressing

What You Need:

1/4 cup Nivel Alto™ Nivel Alto™ 100% Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Nivel Alto™ sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sherry vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk the dressing until emulsified.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before using.
